If you’re looking to visit the United States of America you probably want to know the charismatic values of the locals but it’s rather hard one to gauge as the country is extremely vast and nearly takes up the majority of an entire continent meaning the lifestyles and cultures from the top to bottom can differ hugely!

Ok let’s start at the bottom and work our way up! This section applies to those of you who are looking to take Holidays to California In the not so distance future, the cultures and lifestyles on the south-western coast’s won’t prove too alien to tourists as it region is full of large cities combining a mixture of a people from many different walks of life, so it’s hard to fit these States into a cultural category, so I feel it’s best named a “continental” cultured region.

Heading east from California and you’ll find yourself in the baron Nevada desert until you’re greeted by a rainbow of florescent lights and electric atmosphere, yes we’re talking about Las Vegas! Vegas doesn’t need introducing as it’s the highlight of the Nevadan state which boasts an ever beating pulse of charisma, Atmosphere and enjoyment! i discovered my love for vegas on a las Vegas holiday with American Sky. Vegas is completely unique and there isn’t a city quite like it in the entire world! As we’ve headed further inland the culture of the people has become further “Americanized” which means there very proud of there great nation, strongly stick by their beliefs, and are very “overly friendly” which can sometimes seem rude especially to European tourists who’s first contact with a stranger is usually quite reserved.

This Americanized culture is found throughout most of the south-eastern and Northern states, until your reach the “The concrete jungle” in State of New York! This city is yet again somewhat unique, New York is a mammoth metropolis which boasts hundreds of sky scrapers that reach into the heavens leaving you feeling dwarfed and outstanded by the sheer size of the immense city.

although a presence of Americanized culture is found in the state of New York it is somewhat diluted by the masses of other diverse culture’s you’ll likely to come across in the concrete jungle which can be somewhat gruelling and fast paced, so don’t take offence if somebody appears to be rude in New York as it’s rule of thumb of how the local’s live their lives in this dog eat dog city.
