Spa resorts A frowned upon by males as a DANGER ZONE! We see them as boring places were women congregate to talk about Nonsense like cooking and Cleaning then go and jump into a Pool or muddy water for an extravagant price! this isn’t exactly what most men want to do in their spare time.

Many men who wouldn’t be caught dead in a like builders and plumbers would actually benefit more than anyone from a . Manual labour can induce muscle strains and cause stress throughout the body. Hot oils and massages can sooth or even heal injuries which have occurred to the body, also treatments such as the “Saunas” can help fight off the common cold which is very common among men working outside exposed to the elements.

Personally i cannot imagine going down the pub and telling boys I’ve just had a therapeutic seaweed rap before I came down, its more than likely they would dig in to me! So you may want to keep the secret quite around your mates, sometimes I do think to myself about how many men do actually go on Health Spa Breaks and keep it hidden from their pals, i bet there is millions!!

You might as well give it a shot once as you may really enjoy it and find it very beneficial, also why do men think the price of a session at a spa is going to cost an arm and a leg? its not longer the 70′s Get with it!! Spa and resorts prices are reasonable these days.

Spa’s are packed full of stress free half naked women! with no other men around to interfer! another benefit is that women love men who look after themselves! its amazing that Spa’s aren’t hounded by packs of like there is Snazzy bars and Clubs. Also women love a man who’s willing to look after himself and join a spar.

Hopefully this has changed your opinion on spa’s Spa Breaks.

The end of summer is the cue for regrouping after the excesses of summer. But for many people it’s time to think about booking their next holiday.

A break is a great way to get back on track after the dog days of summer. But these trips are changing. A new trend has emerged among young well-heeled travellers to eschew the fluffy towelling robes of the “traditional” and take on something more demanding.

This is a spa holiday with a difference, where an expert team of personal trainers, massage therapists and nutritionists knock you back into shape and help you maintain a leaner, healthier lifestyle.

The first company to organise yoga holidays was inspa retreats. Set up eight hours ago, it takes over a whole property – a villa or small hotel – in exotic destinations such as Morocco and the Balaerics.

A company spokeswoman said clients get home full of energy. “A lot of them return time and again. It’s their annual oil change and tuning”.

A slightly more intense option is a fitness retreat in a stunning or mountain location. Fitscape is a London-based operator with trips across the Mediterranean and Morocco.

If you’d rather something more sedate, consider a visit to the mountains of north . There you’ll find Wildflower Hall where yoga instructors and a life coach help residents to chill to the max. Down time can be spent trekking, rafting or sampling Ayurvedic therapies.

Another optoin: rent a house on the north-east coast of Brazil along with your own personal trainer. Between workouts there is plenty of time to soak up the and explore local villages.

Another ground-breaking company is The Big Stretch, which offers trekking with life coaches in the mountains of Northern Spain. Founder Rosie Walford says the combination of dramatic countryside, strenuous walking and creative thinking produces remarkable results. Our clients return home changed. They rediscover their passion and imagination,” she says.
