The Masai Mara also received more popularity form the TV show; Wild at Heart, which was a show set in the Mara where a British family spent their lives running a safari Park. The Majestic and Fantastical Serengeti! Definitely set in place 2 is the Serengeti, much larger than the Masai Mara, and home to one of the world’s most amazing natural events. The Serengeti is much larger, and with a much more varied flora and fauna life. A yearly event known as the Circular Migration, is one of the most amazing events that occurs across the world. All of the herbivores in all gather together in massive numbers, over 2 million and then in one herd in search of rain! The Serengeti is home to many different natural wonders of the world, including the Ngorongoro Crater, a massive 610 metre deep Volcanic Crater with its floor covering more than 250 square kilometres! Safari holidays are becoming more and more popular, making Tanzania safari holidays a more likely attraction!
