It is directed by the <a href="http://www.dankuna.com/blog/tag/ministry-of-culture" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with ministry of culture">Ministry of Culture</a> of the People&#8217;s <a href="http://www.dankuna.com/blog/tag/republic-of-china" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with republic of china">Republic of China</a>.
