Well, i just returned from one of the best holidays i have ever experienced, in the Maldives. I did much investigation into which of these resorts would best suit me, so after my holiday I decided to share my info with you. I had narrowed the options down to three resorts, and thought I could make things easier for you.

In the starting line up is the Lily Beach Resort. It was clearly a hotel built for the royalty of the world. On a small island there isnt much to do other than relax and get seriously pampered. This is a very expensive holiday, but every penny is worth it, this is where you come to feel like royalty. You have the option to go diving, or learn to. There is a sports complex as well so if you fancy a work out then you have all you need.

Secondly is the Diva Island Resort. This 5 star hotel is truly gorgeous; when you stay here you get a little complex all to yourself. The villas that you stay in are of amazing luxurious quality, and the swimming pools are as clear as the ocean. There are beaches that stretch on for miles, you can walk all the way around the island and just kick back and relax on the beach. This is like taking a vacation in heaven, the sand is pure white and the sea is crystal blue. This resort is also a little cheaper than the Lily Beach.

We then have the Baros Maldives Hotel. This island is equally as beautiful as the others, but does not have as many activities, it is however not as expensive. This although may not be quite so expensive, the accommodation is just as good. There is no chance of getting stressed here, the hotel works at its best to keep you calm and relaxed. As i was looking round the island i found out that a biologist lived here and she took me Scuba diving. If there are some of you that like Big Game fishing, then you’re in the right place? There is great sea life here, swimming with Whale sharks is a must do. As a fantastic bonus, there is always the option to go Catamaran sailing.

So I would recommend one of these for Maldives holidays, but if youre looking for a similar yet not as expensive holiday, try Sri Lanka holidays, they are just as luxurious, and known for their spa treatments! For holidays of truly major expense, you should go for Dubai holidays, the holidays of kings.

Why don’t people book a Christmas holiday at the last moment?

If you were to be able to delve into the bookings of Christmas holidays abroad, you will see that the Christmas holiday on the whole, is booked further in advance than the normal holiday in the year. The great thing about Summer holidays, is that last minute bookings can be quite fun.

If you were to be able to delve into the bookings of Christmas holidays abroad, you will see that the Christmas holiday on the whole, is booked further in advance than the normal holiday in the year. The great thing about Summer holidays, is that last minute bookings can be quite fun.

This however is not all that successful with Christmas holidays. If you don’t take the time to plan a Christmas holiday, it may not go as you have planned it last minute! If you have a family and you know you want to go abroad, this will need to be booked in advance, last minute holidays are extremely difficult to arrange around the Christmas period. What are you going to do with the presents; will the house be safe and what about meeting up with the rest of the external family?

These issues are the main reasons why booking a holiday last minute for Christmas won’t work. Booking a summer holiday is so much easier last minute. Make sure that you can get the time off work, and then check the house, and your on your way. The price of luxury holidays has plummeted, so booking the holidays before hand had now become a viable option.

You would be very lucky to find a holiday available around Christmas time. Booking a last minute holiday around Christmas could be very difficult, in fact a lot of places will be sold out already, although some are definitely trying to gain some extra flights and seats for families to purchase some holidays. Finding a seat on a flight, for your Christmas holiday is very difficult, that is one reason why last minute holidays aren’t always appropriate!

Luxury holidays and Winter holidays are the best way to spend your Christmas?

It has come to that time of the year, the time where people need to start booking holidays for the Christmas period.

It has come to that time of the year, the time where people need to start booking holidays for the Christmas period. If you are in the travel industry, you more than likely would have seen a loss in profits this year. The holidays district has not done very well throughout this year, mainly due to the recession, but also due to incorrect weather forecasts, indicating a warm summer in Britain.

Now however, tour operators are saying that Christmas will receive a massive influx of holidays because of the lack of holidays during the summer season. The Christmas period does receive a lot of attention for holidays any way. Hopefully what this means is that the increase in customers coming to tour operators will mean an increase in their profits.

So will the Christmas holidays start to flood in? In order to get all the customers that they want, the tour operators are throwing out as many deals as they can. Looking at the figures for holiday bookings, it would seem that people want to use Christmas as a holiday away in the Caribbean as well.

The Caribbean does get a lot of tourist attention, but St Lucia and Barbados are among the most popular places to holiday in the world. If your looking for holidays, it appears that these holidays are most popular at Christmas. Now i don’t know about everyone else, but i find it odd that people would like to go on holiday to tropical climates at Christmas time. When I was younger and even now, the joy of a snowy Christmas always gave me such fun and excitement. Christmas time, or at least the ideal one is often described as the “white Christmas”.

Do People really care about the weather anymore? Snow seems to be one of the climates that we dont seem to be bothered with. The sun and clear blue seas are what compel us to embark on Caribbean holidays. Maybe Christmas has just become one of those days of the year that we just consider a normal day now!

No longer is the attraction limited to Ancient Egyptian Treasures. The European customers now come in search of new ‘treasures’ in the form of golf and diving holidays. it is the fusion of the the perfect weather and beautiful sea close at hand.

You can choose to stay on the Mediterranean coast, although most of the resorts are based on the Red Sea Riviera. On the north coast is the stunning resort of Sidi Abdel Rahman, offering crystal clear water and white sandy beaches. However, if you are looking for Egypt holidays near to golf courses and diving centres, you have to head to the Red Sea Riviera.

Lots of resorts along this strip of coastline including Hurghada and Sharm-El-Sheik have developed rapidly over the last 10 years. 20 years earlier most of the resorts were deserted and undeveloped, but have since gobbled up the land and created a massive industry for the country.

luxury hotels Hotels of an outstanding quality have sprung up from their sandy foundations, constrasting sharply with the timeless presence of the Pyramids. Continuing the theme of history alongside golf head for the city of Luxor. The Royal Valley Golf club, designed by Athur Davis the American architect, is quite close to Hurghada airport, and boast top class golfing facilities. It is a short ride to some of the most prestigious of Egypts historical treasures, including the temples of Karnack and Luxor.

If you are looking for stunning beaches and the best golf in the region, pack your bags and go to Hurghada. Hurghada hotels boast some of the best hospitality around the whole of the Red Sea Riviera, a fact reflected in the massive growth of visitors over a short period of time. It is a diver’s and a snorkeller’s dream – an underwater kaliedoscope of colour!
