Hawa Mahal (), is a palace in Jaipur, India. Built in 1799 by Sawai Pratap Singh Maharaj3a, and designed by Lal Chand Usta in the form of a crown of Krishna, Hindu god. Form part of the palace of the city and extends the Zenana or women the ‘s compartments, the compartments of the harem. His original intention was to allow royal ladies to observe everyday life in the street below without being seen. It has five stories and is built of red and pink sandstone, highlighted with lime Quick quakeee white.
