Want a 5 bedroom house close to all of the local amenities? No problem. Want a small bungalow that backs on to a secluded beach? No problem. Want a studio room in a serviced apartment? No problem. Whatever your passion, it is all attainable.Fortunately, there are plenty of locations that offer the same benefits as Phuket and Pattaya (i.e. beautiful beaches, clear blue sea, exquisite restaurants, shopping malls, etc.), but which are less commercialized and so less expensive. For example, Mae Phim, Bangsaen and Rayong. These places are all coastal towns, and are all within a couple of hours drive of Bangkok. However you choose the location of your Thailand holiday home, the procedure to buy or rent is simple. You do not need to speak any Thai and you do not need to contact any homeowners directly. This is due to the entire process being carried out for you by companies specializing in foreign housing renting and purchases. These companies specialize in finding their clients the Thai holiday home of their dreams. They have massive portfolios of properties, which include pictures and detailed descriptions. You can ask them to make recommendations to you, or you can browse their websites, where all available properties are just a click of the mouse away.Currently, very good deals are to be had for Thailand holiday homes. Though you must get in quick as popularity is increasing every year, along with an increasingly competitive exchange rates making prices inflate constantly. Your dreams are a simple decision away, wait too long and you could find yourself wishing you had not. Close your eyes and think of the Thailand holiday home of your dreams. Then make your choice, it is as easy as that!

Think about it, how many different places are there that you can stay in, there are so many on offer and they apply to peoplewith different price ranges. Here are just some of the ones everyone is aware of.

Apartment

An apartment could really be the thing for you. There are so many people out there that feel that staying in an apartment is for the lower classes because you are with hundreds of other people and share the same pool and get all of food and drinks all inclusive.

So what is the problem, it is a brilliant idea? There are hundreds of people out there that do not want anyone other than their partner to see them in thier bikini, then again there are others that do not care. A lot of people will go on holiday to relax and many of these people like to relax by having a few drinks with a couple of random people.

There as ever some negatives to this. One tends to be the arguments and fights. Because there are so many people at these places a disagreement can easily occur and after a few drinks could even turn into a fight.

Hotel

Although people see these as a lot like apartments, they are not. They tend to be a bit more fancier and cost between a little bit and a massive amount more. I have personally been to a 3 star in Paris and a 5 star in Orlando, Florida and can certainly say, the five star hotel we went too was simply amazing and well worth the money I had to pay for it.

The fact is the five star hotel was a Disney hotel which of course really helped with the entire experience we had. Many of the bigger and better hotels will actually hire top chefs to work for them, this means the food is usually very good in these places.

holiday home insurance can be very higly priced which is why there different insurance policies available for different destinations like home insurance Spain.

However getting second home insurance is really going to benefit you in the long run.
