The Frye Art Museum is an art museum located in the First Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, USA. The museum focuses on painting and sculpture of the nineteenth century to today. Its properties are from the private collection of Charles (1858-1940) and Emma († 1934) Frye. Carlos, owner of a meatpacking company local, the allocation of money in his will for a museum to house the Frye, a collection of more than 230 paintings. The Frye Museum opened in 1952 and was the first museum Seattle Art free. The museum building was designed by Paul Thiry, but has since been considerably modified.

Frye Art Museum Collection presents a variety of paintings, prints, works on paper and sculptures. Artisits are represented in the Museum of Eugene Boudin, William-Adolphe Bouguereau, Felix Ziem, Eugène Isabey, Franz von Lenbach, Fritz von Uhde (photo book), Hermann Corrodi (Venice), Ludwig von Zumbusch, and Franz Stuck (Judgement of Paris ).
