The . Robie House is a U.S. in Chicago, Illinois , 5757 S. Avenue South Side. It was designed and built between 1908 and 1910 by architect and is known as the greatest example of his Prairie Style, the first architectural style that was uniquely American. It was designated a National Historic Landmark November 27, 1963 and was the first national registry of historic places over October 15, 1966.

is a public sculpture by British artist Anish Kapoor. It is the centerpiece of the AT&T Plaza in within the Loop community area of Chicago, Illinois, and is located on top of Park Grill and adjacent to the Chase Promenade.

The sculpture was constructed between 2004 and 2006 and was temporarily unveiled in the summer of 2004. Nicknamed “The Bean” because of its legume-like shape, its exterior consists of 168 highly polished . It is 33 feet by 66 feet by 42 feet (10 m × 20 m × 13 m), and weighs 110 short tons (99.8 t; 98.2 long tons). The sculpture and the plaza are sometimes referred to jointly as “Cloud Gate on the AT&T Plaza” or “Cloud Gate on AT&T Plaza”. vacations.

The Chicago Water Tower is a contributing property in the Old Chicago Water landmark district. It is located at 806 Avenue along the shopping district in the Near North Side community area of Chicago, Illinois. Located adjacent to Loyola ’s downtown campus, the Water Tower serves as the Visitor’s Welcome Center. Contrary to popular belief the Chicago Water Tower is not the oldest water tower in the world, but is second to the Louisville Water Tower in Louisville, Kentucky. landmarks.

The and Industry (MSI) is located in Chicago, Illinois, USA in , in the neighborhood adjacent to Lake Michigan. It is housed in the former from the 1893 World’s navigator Exposition. Initially endowed by Sears, Roebuck and Company chair and presenter Julius Rosenwald, it first opened in 1933 during the Century of Progress Exposition.
Among its different and expansive exhibits, the Museum features a working combust mine, a Teutonic sub (U-505) captured during World War II, a 3,500-square-foot (330 m2) model railroad, the first diesel-powered streamlined stainless-steel traveller train (Pioneer Zephyr), and a NASA spacecraft used on the Apollo 8 mission.
Based on 2006 attendance, the Museum of Science and Industry was the fourth largest cultural magnet in Chicago. It rose to ordinal place, based on 2007 attendance. Lots of travel guides can be found in Chicago.
