If you are planning a weekend away in Birmingham there are lots of things you can do there from sight seeing to nightlife. Birmingham is famous for being the second biggest city in England. It is also the industrial city of England. There are absolutely lots of things to do in Birmingham such as relaxing in the modern furniture of the bars located in a beautiful canal that runs through Broad Street. Broad Street probably has the best night life in Birmingham. There are also other places where you can enjoy a good nightlife such as Arcadian and Mailbox but Broad Street has few more bars than these two places.

When you get to Birmingham the one thing you have to do is visit the chocolate factory. The chocolate factory is based in Bourneville which is about 15 to 20 minutes drive from the city centre. You will be able to catch a train there from New Street station. This is worthwhile if you are a chocolate lover. You will be able to see how chocolates are made and also taste unlimited samples. This is definitely one of the top attractions of Birmingham.

Birmingham also has a massive shopping attraction in the name of Bull ring. Once upon a time this was one of the biggest mall in Europe. The mall was designed as a bull’s shape hence the name. If you love shopping then this is the place to be on a Saturday afternoon, then you can walk to Broad Street for few drinks which is about 15 minutes walk from there. The bull ring has shops like Selfridges, Debenhams, Top shop, River Island, FCUK, Next, Zara and many others. The interior of bull ring is to die for the seating area looks like they have includes club furniture just to give it a groovy look. In the middle there is a seating area which includes reception furniture as it is so comfortable and also is very classy.

More attractions of Birmingham in my next article.
