Some people will actually book a holiday, and not research what you can do. Sri Lanka is a forest land covered in greenery and a few villages, littered with several religions and different beliefs. This already makes it an intriguing country, but what does have to offer the average tourist?

Maybe you have been thinking about a holiday to Sri Lanka, you will be completely awe struck by the luxury available. Almost all of Sri Lankas resorts are of unbelievable quality, all of which are high star rated as well. Many of Sri Lankas resorts offer a wide range of spa treatments. As with Thailand, Sri Lanka is starting to benefit a great deal from the that are becoming so popular.

Other than the spa treatments on offer, Sri Lanka also supplies tourists with the option to embark on some inspirational adventures. The iconic mountain in Sri Lanka called Sri Pada is more commonly known as Adam’s Peak. This is the place believed by Christians and Muslims to be where Adam was cast out of the Garden of Eden, apparently the legends of Adam are connected to the idea that Sri Lanka was the original Garden of Eden. Reaching heights well over 2000 metres, this is one massive mountain, but make sure you don’t try and climb it in the rainy season.

You can also head out on safari tours in Sri Lanka, which have become very popular. There are now many different tours, exploring caves or travelling to an elephant orphanage. You can even scour some of the mountains to se if you can uncover any of the famous gems that cover Sri Lankas country side like sapphires or rubies.

Maldives holidays, Sri Lanka holidays and Dubai holidays are increasingly becoming the first choice of holiday by any tourist, most of this is due to prices and the more common knowledge of these fantastical places.
