Many people will be travelling to the world cup in Africa next year but it will be the first and last time many people will be going to Africa as a continent. But why is football such a big deal? Surely there are other reasons why people should be on their way to Africa next year?
There are many things to do and they can be much better than the World Cup. A big issue is that the safari’s are actually helping out the world by keeping the many animals safe so what on earth is all of the rubbish generated by the world cup going to do. All of this is going to make a big impact on the environment and the real question is, should this be happening?
Well no of course it shouldn’t, people should be enjoying Africa for the country rather than the football that is coming to it next year. Of course the most famous option available to you is to go on a Kenya Safari but that isn’t the only thing you can do in Africa. Other than the safari option you can choose from a variety of other things such as a self driving holiday and even choose from a Christmas deal.
So rather than tearing the place apart next year over a few men kicking a ball around why not go to some of the other places in the country. Of course Zambia holidays and Lamu Holidays are not cheap but they are really worth visiting as they are truly wonderful places to camp in at night.
Yes the football is going to be worth going to watch but that doesn’t mean you cannot think about going to some of the other locations that Africa has on hand to offer someone who is interested in the place.
