Abu Mena, Egypt

was a town, complex and Christian in Late Antique Egypt, about 45 km southwest of . Its remains were designated a in 1979. There are very few standing remains, but the of most major buildings, such as the great basilica, are easily discernible.   1. The next day, we started early and went to the great basilica. All the cabins had most major buildings and looked very spacious. They even have the great basilica in Alexandria
